Yet Jamie O'Hara and his sometime girlfriend Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney proved themselves to be very much back on as they hit the beach in a flurry of steamy PDAs and saucy bikini-clad antics in Ibiza on Tuesday, in which the 25-year-old model showed off every inch of her incredible figure.
The 30-year-old footballer and reality star, who is rumoured to be heading into Dancing On Ice, looked totally enamored with his stunning girlfriend as they enjoyed a dip in the water while soaking up the Spanish sun during their romantic break.

Jamie and Elizabeth's romance was first hurtled into headlines in January, when the footballer and ex-husband of Danielle Lloyd made a controversial appearance in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Within the house, the former Tottenham Hotspur player struck up a romance with former stepdaughter of Paul Gascoigne, Bianca, as they professed their love for one another with a number of steamy clinches - yet Jamie swiftly dumped the glamour model and strip club owner when they left the house.
After the split, which was made further controversial upon the discovery of Bianca's secret boyfriend C.J Meeks on the outside world, Jamie found love once again with stunning Elizabeth and the pair seem to be going strong.
It is plain to see what the footballer sees in his girlfriend as she stripped down to practically nothing for the jaunt along the beach in her peach and white swimming costume which sat low on her cleavage and extremely high on her hips in a super racy touch.
Her long legs were equally central to the look, as the tanned, lithe lengths glistened in the sunshine while her peach posterior caught the eye of appreciative Jamie.
Shielding her make-up free face with a pair of oversized sunglasses, she allowed her long raven locks to tumble over her shoulders in loose waves which added to the beach babe feel.
Jamie meanwhile looked every inch the surfer dude as he sported pastel hued shorts with a baby blue waistband and an array of purple and blue flamencos littering the shorts for a bold pattern.
The duo were in full holiday mood as they swigged beers on the beach, each looking chilled out and happy to be back together once again - making their affections clear with their public displays of adoration.
Seemingly having got a taste for reality TV, Jamie is said to be headed to Dancing On Ice, as a source told The Sun: 'Jamie never expected to do Big Brother and surprised himself by how much he enjoyed it.
'He has heard about the revival of Dancing on Ice and wants to be the first in line for the production. Jamie is nimble on his feet and thinks he could make a good go of it.'
It was only in March that Elizabeth confirmed the pair had split once again - despite snapping pictures in wedding dresses shortly before - leading to further confusion among fans.
In a statement, she said: 'Sadly me and Jamie have decided to go our separate ways, we will always love and respect one another, but my full attention is now on my daughter and work. I wish Jamie all the best in the future.'
A source further affirmed her reasoning to the paper - explaining that she had not wanted the 'celebrity' lifestyle Jamie had become a part of since his stint on the Channel 5 reality show.
The insider said: 'Elizabeth ended the relationship after feeling it wasn't working out between them. She is the face of a big cosmetic brand and doesn't want to be dragged into the world of celebrity.'
Jamie had already hinted at a split, when he shared a cryptic post on social media that spoke about 'bad timing' in relationships. She left fans believing he was single again as the quote read: 'It is a travesty when two hearts, at different intervals in life, find each other.'
While Jamie's Elizabeth/Bianca conundrum was a hot topic earlier this year, his bitter battle with ex-wife Danielle dominated headlines after he gave inside claims into their marriage in the Big Brother house.
The couple share three sons - Archie, six, Harry, five, and George, three - yet their bitter split caused the pair such woes that they locked horns publicly with much mud-slinging from co-stars.
